Online History Lessons for Secondary School Students in Scotland
History helps pupils understand the world around them by exploring people, events and ideas from the past. Our history programme supports learners from S1-S3 through to National 5 and Higher, building key skills in knowledge, source analysis and extended writing. Pupils develop confidence in understanding historical contexts, evaluating evidence and constructing clear, well-structured responses, with support tailored to each stage of the Scottish curriculum, from Broad General Education through to exam preparation.
